The self-management represents the final step of a growth process that starts from non accepting to be subdued to the others, having self-confiance and  spirit of enterprise, and leads to become managers of our own destiny.

Since 2006 the movement is completely run by the younsters themselves: the fellows (adults) are only advisors.
